I'm making this journal in an attempt to remind all my old members that I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN CI!! I know in the last 3 months since it closed I haven't been able to stay in touch with most of you, and it may very well seem that I've given up on reviving CI. But i'm letting you all know right now that I still have CI on my mind. I still have plans to bring back CI as CI-Phoenix, its just that i'm still in a situation where I can't do it. I'm still struggling with my life and all that junk, but I assure you as soon as I am able I will bring back CI. It could still be a few years before I'm able to do this, so I ask that you all remain patient. In the meantime i'll work on a way for us to all stay in touch regularly.

Okay so this is my first Journal post since July lol. A Couple updates are in order I guess.

I hit 100 watchers recently. Thats a milestone for me, considering I so rarely do anything on here lol.
I've also decided to go back to school again and study Game Design. I found a couple colleges that offer it, however I'm stick cuz they list it so generically and I don't know what my next step is.

Updates aside, Tekko is yet again just around the corner. Honestly, Tekko in the past several years (specifically the last 4) has been a slight disappointment. I guess thats because, unlike my first Tekko, I haven't had the Joy of going in a group. My convention group split up years ago, so Tekko has largely been a solo gig for me. However this year, though we don't have the old group back together, I will be spending the entire weekend with two friends from said group. We've decided to do our own theme of Tekko this year, and that theme is Nostalgia. Alot of reminiscing is gonna go down lol, as well as bringing back old traditions and stuff like that.

In the past 2 or 3 cons I've went to, I haven't cosplayed. It just isn't fun for me unless done as a group (boy, how I miss the days we cosplayed as the Akatsuki T~T). But this year, I've decided to start cosplaying again! I've juggled with several different ideas. I've considered wearing every cosplay I've ever worn to Tekko again (Hidan, Stein, and Vinyl Scratch), I've thought of maybe making a RuneScape cosplay, and I've even had the crazy idea of combining Hidan, Stein, and Vinyl into one cosplay lol. After talking with my friends, we have decided to cosplay Soul Eater together, meaning I will be going as Stein once again. I will be accompanied by a Spirit and a Blair, so watch for us!

Now, I have a question and I would love to hear your guy's input on this. I basically have a choice to make. My question is which of these two props should I go with?

1.) Remake Death Scythe Spirit. The original one I made was mistaken as scrap and it was destroyed. This is the iconic weapon for Stein.
or
2.) Use my already-made Soul Eater Scythe. I know it doesn't fit with Steins character, but I made that scythe 4 years ago when we planned on doing a Soul Eater group. They all bailed as Tekko drew near, so the Scythe has never seen any con time, and I would love for it to make an appearance before it is inevitably scrapped/destroyed/rotted away.

So if anyone remembers from KuroKiiro festival, I talked about writing a MLP/RuneScape crossover fan fiction. Well I finally got around to finishing it.
